The challenge
Routine operations required staff to move information by hand across a dozen internal systems. The manufacturer wanted to automate these workflows end to end, but its operational data was far too sensitive to send to an outside provider.
The solution
We deployed EigenNet in the manufacturer's private cloud and connected it to its existing operational systems. Agents plan and execute multi step workflows, collaborating with each other and handing off to people when a human decision is required.
The outcome
Cycle time on the targeted workflows fell by more than half, and the manufacturer kept full control of its operational data inside its own private cloud.
