The structure of your business, captured as it works.
Traditional agents finish a task and discard most of what they worked out about how the work should be done. Eigen keeps the validated structure, so every execution leaves the company better at the next one.
Each function accumulates its own validated plans, evidence paths and policies. Connected, they form one structured account of how the company performs its work.
What it holds, and what it is not.
How objectives are decomposed
The plans that reliably produce successful outcomes, versioned, with the dependencies between tasks intact.
Which systems are authoritative
Where the evidence for a decision actually comes from, and which tool suits which operation.
Which policies control decisions
The rules that applied, the exceptions that required escalation, and the approvals that were given.
Not a model, not a document search
It is not another general-purpose language model, search system or pile of embeddings. It is a structured representation of how your work is performed.
The knowledge arrives as a consequence of doing useful work. There is no knowledge-management project to finish before the value starts.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Company Brain?+
The Company Brain is the procedural knowledge that accumulates as Eigen executes real work: validated plans, tool relationships, evidence paths, policies, exceptions, approvals and outcomes, all versioned and reusable. It is a structured representation of how a company's work is actually performed.
How is that different from a knowledge base or a RAG system?+
A knowledge base holds documents about the work. A retrieval system finds passages inside them. The Company Brain holds the procedure itself: how an objective is broken down, which systems provide authoritative evidence, which tools are appropriate, which policies control the decision, and which execution patterns reliably succeed.
Where does the knowledge come from?+
From executions that already happened. Every task Eigen One runs produces a plan, an evidence trail and an outcome, and the validated structure of the successful ones is retained rather than discarded.
Do we have to build it before we get value?+
No. It is a by-product of running work through the execution layer. You benchmark one workflow, the workflow produces an outcome, and the procedural knowledge for that workflow exists afterwards.
Does it move with us if we go on premises?+
Yes. The plans, policies, tool relationships and workflow knowledge accumulated through Eigen One migrate with you into your VPC or your own data centre, which is what makes sovereignty a progression rather than a restart.
